I have had a successful upgrade from WordPress 2.2.2 to 2.3.3 and WordPress 2.5.1. This version might be surprised by everything from dashboard enhancements (boards) across much better prepared interface for writing articles, editing comments, or to work with categories. The newly integrated Media Uploader further editor TinyMCE 3.0.7, changed the administration widgets, various improvements regarding usability, layout fixes for IE (administration finally works in IE7).
